Terms and Conditions.
- Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase.
- Authorized.net is our method of payment. Please contact us if any issue via eMail / Phone / Fax.
- We reserve the right to cancel your payment, if it does not pass verifications.
- You will be notified on the day that your goods have been dispatched via e-mail.
- Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your Order #
- For shipments in New York we are required to collect the apporiate sales tax.
- We only ship to the Address which is verified by your bank. please note that weekends & holidays are not business days. The free shipping options is valid for the 48 contiguous US states only. International customers may contact us for further shipping information.
- Goods will be dispatched within 48 hrs of cleared fund, subject to the conditions listed in the payment section above.
- We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of couriers or internet related mailing systems.
- If you are unsatisfied with the product or manufacture defect is found and would like to return any item, please contact us for an RMA number.
- Refund will be issued after the product returned to us in New/Original condition. Please contact us within 14 Days after you receive the product. 15 % restocking Fee will be charged for handling upon return. All postage and insurance are NOT refundable. All shipping cost to return is paid for by the buyer.
- Shipping an item back to us without contacting us 1st, may lead to refused delivery causing package being returned to you at your cost. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return a package, all return must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charge an additional 5% + 15% restocking fee & double shipping (Since the carrier charges us both ways).Please make sure we authorized your return.
- All returns must include original box, original factory packaging (foam, plastic wrappings, etc.) Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept return if its NOT in its original condition.
